National Natural Bodybuilding Champion

We at Bloomberg Gym are pleased to announce the MICHAEL CLAASEN who is our member won the National Natural Body Building Championship in 2013 for under 70kg and then was placed 1st in the overall competition.

Michael has recently won the Western Cape competition is now competing again to retain his title on the 26th July 2014.

In addition Abdullah also from Bloomberg Gym won the Western Cape Bantam Weight division and will be competing with Michael at the National Champs.

 

We are very proud of both of them and wish them all the best of luck at this prestigeous event as all athletes are tested for steroid use as this event is NATURAL

To an extent, increasing one of these can compensate for another. If you are time crunched, for example, and cannot workout for a long duration, you can increase the intensity to maintain positive fitness adaptations.
